Chef Derrin creates our menus to reflect the seasons and the abundance of our region. When possible, we source our ingredients from Northwest farms and ranches. On our seasonally rotating menu, you’ll find influences from around the world along with creatively casual dishes we know our guests love.

In addition to our regular menu, come in to check out our fresh sheet, including the WaterFire signature prime rib on Friday and Saturday.
